In 2008, as part of the new human rights policy, the Ministry of Defense signed a resolution to change the curricula at the Military Institutes. The goal was to transform the cultural and ideological structure of an institution marked by coups d'Γ©tat and crimes against humanity. The documentary follows the delivery of human rights classes at the National Military College.
